IN A FEW WORDS...

Blockout of a level made during an Action Adventure & RPG class at the Academy of Art University. Starting from two concept art images provided, a paper map was created in order to plan player path, scales, and objectives. Afterwards, the blockout was created using Unreal Engine 4, and the level was adapted as convenience and possibilities. No enemies or obstacles were added.

Paper-mapping

After gathering references, collecting ideas, and drawing concepts, a final Top-Down paper map was created, including objectives and possible player path.

Following the paper-map to detail a blockout was created, along with the Mission scripted in-engine.
